Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), an RBT helps implement behavior plans, conducts data collection, and assists in teaching new skills to clients. RBTs play a fundamental role in improving the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and various behavioral issues. Through their dedication and application of ABA principles, RBTs contribute to fostering positive behavior changes and enhancing the overall quality of life for those they work with.
